For meat lovers, Nero D’Avola’s pork tenderloin, is a dish typical of our area made with the black pig of the Nebrodi mountains surrounding Mount Etna. It is a type of pig located in the area of Cesarò and San Fratello, the animal is small, grows slowly and produces meat of recognized quality. Its characteristic is that it lives wildly. It also produces a good quality ham.
